2.Scholarship content

Applicants should apply to the international student dispatch department of their home country (usually the Education and Cultural Office of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate abroad) within the specified time. 10.Certificate of Good Conduct
Please submit a certificate of no criminal record within the past 6 months;

If you have already received the pre-admission notice issued by the host institution of the Chinese Government Scholarship student, please attach it to the application materials.
7.Admission and notification
- The China Scholarship Council reviews whether scholarship applicants meet the application requirements
Applicants who do not meet the requirements or application materials that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted;
- The approved application materials are forwarded to the relevant school for admission
The China Scholarship Council reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the applicant’s chosen school, major, funding category, scholarship period, etc., based on the scholarship funding requirements of various countries, the receiving capacity of the scholarship institution, the professional academic system requirements and the applicant’s conditions, etc. The admission result is determined by the school;
The school may suggest that students change their majors based on the actual conditions such as the application materials. At that time, they will contact the students through the email address filled in by the student application. Please pay close attention to the email;
- Scholarship recipients can study in China
Applicants who have been admitted by the scholarship institution shall be approved by the China Scholarship Council and pass the review and physical examination after arriving at the school to be eligible for the Chinese government scholarship;
Each scholarship recipient can only receive funding from one Chinese government scholarship program;
- The admission documents are forwarded to the students themselves
The China Scholarship Council will send the "Admission List", "Admission Notice" and "Visa Application Form for Studying in China" (JW201 Form) to the Chinese embassy (or consulate-general) in the host country and forward it to the international student dispatching department or The student himself
- Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change their study information
Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change the admission institution, major of study, and study period stated in the "Admission Notice" after coming to China;
- Be sure to come to China to study according to the admission deadline
Except for external force majeure, scholarship qualifications will not be reserved for those who cannot study in China within the time limit for admission.
