Hangzhou city is close to Shanghai city which is known as the “London of the East”. The distance between Hangzhou and Shanghai is 161 km. The road distance is 170.6 km. The best way to get from Hangzhou to Shanghai without a car is to train and line 10 subway which takes 1h 28m and costs ¥70 - ¥150. It gives you a chance to tour China’s business capital.
