1.Zhejiang A&F University(ZAFU) Overview 

Introduced in 1958, Zhejiang A&F University (ZAFU), ZAFU is University under the the provincial level and which is commonly built by the provincial government and the National forestry and Grassland Administration.

The University has ben there for over 6 decades and it has managed to build  huge and wide campuses with an area in total of above 210 hectares. The multidisciplinary University offers eight discipline classes, with strengths in agriculture, forestry, and the biological environment. Currently, the disciplines of Engineering, Plant & Animal Science, Agricultural Science.

Rankings: All the above disciplines are  the top 1% of Essential Science

ZAFU is also among  National Top 200 Universities according to the Academic Ranking of World Universities.

     4.Application Time

       The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship

  Online registration will be available from March 1, 2021 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship application website (cis.chinese.cn).

For programs commencing in September, student application must complete before May 10th.

For programs commencing in March 2022, student application must complete before November 10th.

5 Eligibility
 
    1.Applicants should be aged between 18 and 28 (born after September 1, 1993. Applicant should be non-Chinese citizens with valid regular foreign passport and be friendly to China;*Residents of China who have emigrated to a foreign country and who are now applying to study in China as international students must have held a valid foreign passport for at least 4 years, and must have actually resided in a foreign country for at least 2 years in the past 4 years (as of April 30, 2020). (9 months of residence in a foreign country may count as a full year. The dates of the entry and exit stamps in the passport will be followed in the determination of the actual length of foreign residence).

6）Foreigner physical examination form: bearing the stamp of the hospital. Physical examination results are valid for 6 months

High possibility for the applicants to get a scholarship with RMB 6000 for language students and 50% off tuition for the degree students for the first year on the condition of bringing one piece of local traditional arts above $50 that is sponsored to ZAFU.
All the scholarship will be provided based on the annual assessment.

  Other Fees

1）Accommodation Fee (on-campus / off-campus)
    Single Room (RMB 860 per month)
    Double Room (RMB 430 per month)
You should pay accommodation fees semiannually at least (6 months at one time).
The off-campus accommodation is available for the top students.
2）Residence Permit: RMB 400
3）Water and Electricity Bills: about RMB 100-250 per month (depending on the actual consumption)
4）Textbook: RMB 300 to RMB 500 per year
5）Insurance: RMB 800 per year
6）Student Union Membership Dues: RMB 50 per year
7）Others: Estimated living expense ranges from RMB 700 to RMB 1,500 per month
